The location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work well, which made it uncomfortable.

Just stayed in an INCREDIBLE hotel in Washington DC. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The lobby was breathtaking! Can't wait to go back. The rooms are better in person than in photos!

cleanliness was excellent with the room cleaning service. the hotel is super close to the wh, and we could walk to all the major attractions. the valet staff was amazing and took care of us when our car was hit by a bus.

The service at this pet-friendly hotel was great! The location was exceptional for walking around The National Theatre. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was unique and newly renovated. Smooth check-in was a bonus. In addition, the parking was outside.

Beautiful hotel that is completing the renovation of a terrace area that will open in the spring. Well-located, close to the metro allowing transportation directly from the Ronald Reagan airport. Access to buses and Circulator (now free for all) allowing easy access to all areas of Washington by public transport. Not far from the White House by foot. An ideal pied-à-terre for our 5-day discovery of Washington.

The elevators are very slow.

Since my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and no smoking. I always return, and I can't wait to be back for New Year.

very nice room, big, quiet (even if it overlooks the street which is very busy), good soundproofing, soft bed, 15 minutes walk from the white house, on a DC circulator line (the one that goes to the train station, from there you have to take the one that goes to the tourist sites, which is long because of the traffic so it's shorter to go on foot or take another bus to go straight down south). For breakfast, I recommend "brown bag" next to the hotel and "daily bread" opposite. Both serve real food.

The hotel was under construction when I arrived, we entered through an emergency exit, nobody had warned us. No restaurant was accessible in the hotel because of the works. Contrary to the offer, they do not offer water in the room, there is some in the minibar but it is paying. Receptionists not very nice. Dead quarter in the evening, not much to eat around (to make its reserves and to hold in the refrigerator to eat in the room in the evening). No shop around the hotel.

The concierge who gave us excellent advice on how to visit the city with a 2-day BigBus package . The hotel was well located and we could reach the main points of interest on foot.

I had chosen a room with a view of the park, we ended up with a room overlooking a kind of courtyard. I had to grumble to make people see reason. In the end, the manager gave us a $110 discount on a total of $1,700... The hotel's restaurant was being renovated. But, just across the street, there was a café "le pain quotidien", just in front of the hotel for the pdj.

The views from The Hamilton were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the Washington Monument and the park next to the hotel was simply amazing. My memorable interaction was when the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during dinner at Via Sophia, providing impeccable service that made the evening truly special. It was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is ideal. The restaurants are 2 steps away, . The sites impossible to circumvent are also with qq hundreds of meters... The building is magnificent... The attentive personnel... The Christmas decoration is magnificent.

Insufficient soundproofing with our neighbors... There were food scraps under our bed that we discovered by chance while looking for a fallen object. The mini bar rates... Tea and coffee with a room charge.

I recently had a great experience at a hotel in the heart of Washington DC. The location was perfect, as it was fairly close to the Mall, the White House, and other popular tourist spots. The metro station was also conveniently nearby. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the window was amazing. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met.

There was one downside to my stay - the wifi connectivity was poor, making it difficult to work and participate in video conferences.

The hotel location was unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything, I was able to walk to most of the main attractions nearby, and there was an easy metro stop just around the corner. The staff was also wonderful, accommodating and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I particularly liked the fact that they had installed pumps for soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

I've stayed at the Hamilton Hotel multiple times, and I'm always impressed. the location is perfect, with easy access to the metro and a short walk to the White House. the staff is friendly and the hotel has a nice park nearby. the rooms are comfortable and I love the little surprises like the peppermint bath products. the bar/restaurant is fantastic, although we didn't eat there this time. it's a great place to stay in the city.

One minor drawback was the hotel's insistence on a $75 deposit, even though my accommodations were prepaid. This policy caused inconvenience, as the promised credit did not materialize even days after checkout.
